Hello I'm Jill

I live in Rusthall, Tunbridge Wells with my family, and for most of my working life I’ve been a graphic designer. In 2020, a new path opened up – one I wasn’t expecting, but has come to feel completely aligned with who I am.

 

A close friend of mine, Reiki Master Emma Hayes, asked if I’d like to be attuned to Reiki. I’d experienced the benefits of Reiki before, and her invitation felt right, so I said yes. What began as simple curiosity soon became something much deeper.

 

At each stage of my training, I thought I would stop at the next step. After Level I, I told myself it would just be for my family. After Level II, I couldn’t imagine offering sessions professionally. And yet here I am—now attuned at Master Level and fully committed to supporting others through this gentle, restorative practice. Reiki has become a natural part of my life, and I’m grateful for where it continues to lead me.

 

I offer treatments from a calm, dedicated space in my garden where clients can settle in and relax or distance Reiki sessions, which offer the same supportive experience from the comfort of your own space. I also volunteer at The Pickering Centre once a month where I'm proud to be part of their community.

 

My approach is grounded, calm, and centred on creating a safe environment where you can rest, rebalance, and feel truly cared for. Reiki meets you where you are, and I’m here to support you through that process.

My Reiki Room

My peaceful Reiki room sits in my garden here in Rusthall, Tunbridge Wells. It’s a calm, comfortable space designed to help you relax and feel at ease.


Sessions can be enjoyed either lying down or sitting—whatever feels best for you. There’s no need to remove any clothing; Reiki flows easily through all fabrics and even through materials like plaster casts.


Each session includes a 45-minute treatment, with time before and after to talk and make sure you feel comfortable. I use gentle essential oils in a diffuser, calming music, and cosy blankets to help create a space where you can unwind and focus on your own energy.


I do have a dog at home, but he won’t be in the room during your session.
