Jill explained exactly what she would be doing and why. I suffer with quite a lot of different illnesses, Jill was already for this and was very reassuring of what would happen.

My reiki was just so amazing, calming and extremely restful for my body. The reiki completely made my body de-stress (which is usually very very tricky). I walked away almost as if i was walking on clouds. My sleep that night was out of this world.
